Part 1
Yes, I like sports because they help me stay healthy and reduce stress. I usually exercise or play badminton two or three times a week, depending on my schedule. I do not play every day because I am sometimes busy with work or study, but I try to remain active by walking whenever possible. Football is probably the most popular sport in my country because people of all ages enjoy watching and playing it. In my opinion, sport is also a good way to make friends and learn teamwork.
My favourite food is beef noodle soup because it is tasty, filling, and has a rich flavour. I eat out once or twice a week, usually with my family or friends at weekends. I also enjoy street food because it is affordable and gives me a chance to try many local dishes. However, I choose places that look clean and busy because food safety is important. In my opinion, eating out is enjoyable, but homemade meals are usually healthier and more suitable for everyday life.
Part 2
I would choose beef noodle soup because it is one of the most famous dishes in Hanoi and would give the class a memorable local food experience. It is warm, filling, and suitable for a complete meal. Fried rice is also tasty and familiar, but students can easily find it in many other places, so it may not feel special. Spring rolls are delicious and easy to share, but they are usually better as a side dish than as the main meal. Beef noodle soup also offers different choices of meat and herbs, although we should check whether anyone has special dietary needs. Therefore, I believe it is the best option for the class meal.
Part 3
In my opinion, travelling in a group can make a trip safer, more enjoyable, and more affordable. First, group members can support one another when they get lost, become ill, or face an unexpected problem. This is especially useful for inexperienced travellers, elderly people, or those visiting an unfamiliar country. Second, group travel provides companionship. People can share meals, take photos, join activities, and create memories together, so they are less likely to feel lonely. Third, travelling with others can save a great deal of money because the cost of transport, accommodation, guides, and food can be shared. However, group travel also has some disadvantages. Travellers may have less freedom, need to follow a fixed schedule, and sometimes disagree about activities or spending. Some people therefore prefer travelling alone because they can change their plans, move at their own pace, and enjoy more privacy. Solo travel can also build independence, although it may be more expensive and less safe in certain situations. Families, first-time travellers, and people who enjoy social activities may benefit most from group travel. Overall, travelling in a group is a practical choice when safety, companionship, and cost are important.
