Part 1
My current personal goal is to improve my English speaking skills before I graduate next year. I usually set my goals by writing them down and breaking them into smaller, weekly steps so they feel more manageable. I think having goals is very important because they give me direction and keep me motivated, especially on days when I feel lazy. Without clear goals, I think I would waste a lot of time without making real progress.
I usually wake up at around 6:30 in the morning on weekdays, although I sleep a little later on weekends. The first thing I do is check my phone for messages and then drink a glass of water before getting ready for the day. I would actually prefer my mornings to be a little different each day, because doing the exact same routine every morning can feel quite boring. For example, I like to alternate between exercising and reading before starting my daily tasks.
Part 2
I think watching at home would be the best choice for gathering my friends to watch a movie. First, it is much more affordable than going to the cinema, since we do not need to buy tickets or expensive snacks. Second, we can choose any movie we like and pause whenever we want, which makes the experience more relaxed and flexible. In comparison, going to the cinema offers a bigger screen and better sound quality, but it can be costly and the schedule is fixed by the showtimes. Watching in the garden or yard sounds fun and different, but it depends heavily on the weather and requires extra equipment like a projector. Therefore, watching at home is the most practical option because it is affordable, comfortable, and easy to arrange for everyone.
Part 3
There are several common causes of stress at work. First, a low salary can create stress because employees may worry about covering their daily expenses, which affects their focus and motivation at work. Second, tight deadlines often put pressure on workers, since they may have to rush their tasks or work overtime, which leads to tiredness and reduced quality of work. Third, a lack of support from colleagues or supervisors can make employees feel isolated, especially when they face difficult problems without any guidance or teamwork. To cope with stress at work, people can try to manage their time better, take short breaks, and talk to someone they trust about their difficulties. I believe companies should do more to support their employees' mental health, for example by organizing regular check-ins, offering reasonable workloads, and creating a more supportive working environment. In my opinion, stress at work is quite common nowadays because of increasing competition and higher expectations in most industries.
