I usually take a short break after working or studying for about one or two hours. During the break, I stand up, drink some water, walk around the room, or look away from the computer screen. Without a break, I often work more slowly and make more mistakes, so even a few minutes can improve my productivity.

I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities, but I prefer outdoor ones when the weather is pleasant. Outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, or playing badminton help me exercise and reduce stress. When I am in the office, I usually work on a computer, attend meetings, and sometimes take a short walk during my break. At home, I enjoy reading, watching films, or cooking because these activities are convenient and relaxing. My choice depends on the weather and my schedule, but I try to include some outdoor exercise every week.

I think a public school would be the most suitable choice for my younger sister. Public schools usually have reasonable fees, so my family can save money for books, extra classes, and other educational activities. They are also often located near residential areas, which makes daily travel easier and allows children to make friends in their neighbourhood. A private school may provide smaller classes and better facilities, but the tuition can be expensive. An international school offers strong foreign-language education and a multicultural environment, although it costs much more and may follow a different curriculum. Therefore, a good local public school would provide a balanced education at an affordable cost.

Investing in the arts can bring several important benefits. First, artistic activities help people improve useful skills such as creativity, observation, communication, patience, and confidence. For example, music and drama require teamwork, while drawing trains people to notice details and express ideas clearly. Second, investment in museums, performances, festivals, and local artists contributes to cultural growth. It protects traditional art forms, creates new works, and helps younger generations understand their cultural identity. Third, the arts support economic development by creating jobs for artists, designers, performers, technicians, and event workers. Cultural events and attractive museums can also bring tourists and increase income for local businesses. In my opinion, governments should invest in the arts, but spending should be transparent and balanced with essential services. Music, cinema, photography, and digital art are especially popular among young people. Schools can encourage participation by offering affordable classes, exhibitions, competitions, and opportunities to perform. Overall, art investment supports both personal development and wider social progress.
