I have a small group of close friends rather than many casual friends. My best friend is someone I met at secondary school, and we have stayed in contact for several years. I value honesty, kindness, and reliability because a good friend should be someone I can trust. We often meet for coffee, talk about our studies and work, or play badminton at weekends. Even when we are busy, we send messages and support each other when there is a problem.

One celebrity I admire is a well-known Vietnamese singer because she works hard and has a positive public image. I enjoy some of her songs, but I also respect the way she communicates with her fans. People often admire celebrities because they are talented, successful, or inspiring. However, famous people may lose privacy and face a lot of public pressure. For that reason, I would not want to be extremely famous, although I would like to be successful in my own career.

I think the university dormitory would be the best place for my nephew when he first starts university. It is usually cheaper than renting a private apartment, and it is often located near classrooms, libraries, and other university facilities. Living in a dormitory would also help him meet other students and make friends, which is important when he is new to the university. Sharing a house or room can also reduce costs, but he may have problems with different habits and less privacy. A private apartment would be more comfortable and quiet, but it would be expensive and he might feel lonely. Therefore, the dormitory is the most practical choice for his first year.

Traditional festivals provide several important benefits. First, they strengthen family relationships because family members often return home, prepare food, visit relatives, and join activities together. These shared experiences help people communicate and create happy memories. Second, festivals preserve culture by passing traditional customs, music, clothing, food, and stories to younger generations. For example, Tet is one of the most popular traditional festivals in Vietnam, and young people can learn about family customs through it. Third, festivals improve community relationships because local people work together to organise events, decorate public places, and welcome visitors. In my opinion, young people should take part because they can understand their cultural identity and connect with others. Modern lifestyles may reduce interest in some traditions, so schools, families, and local authorities should make festivals accessible and meaningful. Overall, traditional festivals are valuable for both cultural preservation and social connection.
