My favourite subject at school was English because it helped me communicate with other people and learn about different cultures. I usually prefer studying alone when I need to concentrate or prepare for an examination. However, group study is useful when we need to exchange ideas, practise speaking, or solve a difficult problem together. Between online and classroom learning, I prefer studying in class because I can ask the teacher questions immediately and interact directly with classmates. Online learning is convenient, but I sometimes become distracted or have technical problems. In my opinion, combining classroom lessons with online materials is the most effective approach.

I do not visit a bank very often because most basic services are now available online. I usually go there only when I need to open an account, update personal information, or solve an important problem. In my area, banking services are generally good because staff members are helpful and branches are easy to find. However, customers sometimes have to wait for a long time during busy hours. E-banking is very popular because people can transfer money, pay bills, and check their accounts through mobile applications. I find it convenient, but users should create strong passwords and be careful about online scams.

I would organise educational activities for the children because this option is safe, useful, and enjoyable. For example, I could prepare drawing, simple science experiments, puzzles, reading games, or an educational film followed by a discussion. Allowing them to go outside alone would give them freedom, but it could be dangerous because I would not know where they were or what they were doing. Taking them to a gaming centre might entertain them for a while, but they could spend too much time looking at screens and learn very little. Educational activities can keep them busy while helping them develop creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills. Therefore, this would be the most responsible choice while their mother is at work.

In my opinion, hiring a domestic helper can be very useful, especially for families whose members are busy with work or study. First, a helper can save time by doing routine tasks such as cleaning, cooking, washing clothes, and shopping for food. This allows family members to focus on their jobs, education, or personal health. Second, domestic help can improve work-life balance and reduce stress. Parents may have more time to rest or spend meaningful time with their children instead of doing housework late at night. Third, an experienced helper can support children, elderly people, or family members who need daily assistance. However, families should choose a trustworthy person, agree clearly on duties and working hours, and provide fair pay and respectful treatment. At present, women are more likely than men to work as domestic helpers because housework has traditionally been seen as women’s work, although men can also perform these duties well. If I were unemployed and needed an income, I would consider this job temporarily, provided that the working conditions were safe and fair. Overall, hiring a helper is a practical solution, but the relationship should be professional and respectful.
