Your friend Ben has written to you about a football match he watched last night. He was very excited because his favorite team won and he could not sleep because of the excitement. He asks about your favorite sport and whether you usually play it or watch it on TV. He is also planning to learn a sport soon and wants your recommendation.

Write an email to Ben. In your email, you should:

- Say whether you watched the football match last night and respond to his news
- Tell him about your favorite sport and whether you play it or watch it on TV
- Recommend a sport for him to learn
