Part 1

Yes, I usually have breakfast because it gives me energy and helps me concentrate during the morning. On weekdays, I often eat something simple such as bread, eggs, fruit, or noodle soup. I normally have breakfast at home, but I sometimes buy food near my workplace or school when I am in a hurry. I think skipping breakfast regularly is not a good habit because people may feel tired or eat too much later in the day. However, the meal should be balanced rather than too oily or sugary.

I use my mobile phone every day for communication, study, work, entertainment, and online payments. The most useful functions for me are messaging, maps, email, and taking photos. Mobile phones make life more convenient, but they can also be distracting if people check them too often. I try to turn off unnecessary notifications when I am studying or talking to someone. In my opinion, phones are helpful tools, but users should control their screen time and protect their personal information.

Part 2

I would choose a hiking adventure because it offers exercise, fresh air, and a chance to enjoy nature. After a busy week, walking in the mountains or countryside could help me reduce stress and feel more energetic. Visiting a museum would be educational and suitable in bad weather, but it might be less active and exciting for some friends. Relaxing at a spa would be comfortable, but it can be expensive and does not provide much opportunity for group interaction. Hiking is usually affordable, and participants can talk, take photos, and support one another during the trip. Therefore, it would be the best option as long as the weather is safe and everyone prepares suitable shoes and water.

Part 3

In my opinion, volunteering benefits both the people who receive help and those who offer it. First, volunteers can support their communities by teaching children, cleaning public places, visiting elderly people, or helping during charity events. These activities solve practical problems and make communities more caring. Second, volunteering helps participants develop useful skills such as communication, teamwork, planning, and problem-solving. Young people can also gain experience that may support future study or employment. Third, volunteers often make new friends and become more confident because they work with people from different backgrounds. Popular volunteering activities include environmental campaigns, blood donation events, tutoring, and supporting disadvantaged groups. I believe schools should encourage students to volunteer, but the activities should be suitable and not interfere with their studies. Although volunteers are unpaid, they receive valuable experience, social connections, and personal satisfaction. Governments and organisations should provide proper training and safe working conditions so that volunteers can contribute effectively. Overall, volunteering creates positive social change while helping individuals become more responsible, skilled, and understanding.
