Yes, I use email quite regularly, especially for study and work-related purposes. I usually send assignments, receive documents, register for online services, and communicate with teachers or colleagues by email. I think email is useful because it is more formal and organised than ordinary text messages. It also allows me to attach files and keep important information for later. However, for quick conversations with close friends, I prefer instant messaging because it is faster and more convenient.

At the moment, I am studying, and I spend most of my time attending classes and completing assignments. The part I enjoy most is learning practical knowledge that I can use in real life or in my future career. Studying can sometimes be stressful, especially before examinations, but it also gives me a clear goal and helps me become more disciplined. I am trying to improve useful skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving. In the future, I hope to find a job that matches my interests and allows me to continue learning.

I would choose a countryside park because it offers a peaceful environment and is suitable for many group activities. Employees could have a barbecue, play team games, take photos, and talk to one another away from the pressure of work. A theme park would be exciting, but tickets could be expensive, and some employees might not enjoy crowded places or adventurous rides. A beach would also be attractive, especially in hot weather, but the trip might depend heavily on the weather and require more preparation for safety. In contrast, a countryside park is usually affordable, relaxing, and appropriate for people of different ages. Therefore, I believe it would be the best place for the company picnic.

In my opinion, training workshops are very useful because they provide practical knowledge that people may not gain from books or normal lessons. First, participants can learn specific skills such as public speaking, computer use, time management, teamwork, or customer service. These are also some of the most popular workshop topics because they can be applied directly to study and work. Second, workshops usually include discussions, role plays, and group tasks, so participants can practise communication, become more confident, and learn from other people’s experiences. Face-to-face workshops are often better for activities that require immediate feedback and teamwork, while online workshops are convenient for people who live far away or have busy schedules. In my view, the best choice depends on the subject, but a combination of online materials and direct practice is especially effective. Finally, workshops can support career development by helping people update their knowledge and prepare for new responsibilities. Companies should pay for training that is directly related to employees’ jobs because better-trained staff can work more effectively and contribute more to the organisation. However, employees should also make an effort to attend seriously and use what they learn. Therefore, well-designed training workshops are a valuable investment for individuals, schools, and businesses.
