Part 1
I often play badminton with my classmates at weekends because it is enjoyable and keeps me active. I prefer playing sports to watching them, as I feel healthier after exercising myself. I usually choose individual or two-player sports because they are easier to arrange around my schedule, although team sports can be great for making friends.
The first thing I do when I wake up is drink a glass of water and plan my day. I am most productive in the morning because my mind is fresh and I can work without many interruptions. After a long day, I usually listen to music or take a short walk to relax.
Part 2
I would take an online course to improve my professional skills. It would allow me to study at my own pace and choose lessons that directly match the job I want. For example, I could learn spreadsheet analysis in the evening and practise using real exercises. A workshop offers direct feedback, but it usually lasts only a short time and may require travelling. A networking club is useful for meeting experienced people, although it may not provide structured training. Overall, an online course would be the most flexible and systematic option for my current schedule.
Part 3
Using mobile phones in class can have several negative effects. Notifications, games and social media may distract students from lessons, making it harder to follow their teachers. Frequent phone use can also encourage dependence on screens rather than active participation. In addition, phones may be misused for cheating during tests or disturbing classmates. Nevertheless, I do not think a complete ban is always necessary because phones can help students look up words or access learning materials when teachers allow it. Schools should set clear rules: students should keep phones silent and use them only for approved tasks. Teachers also need to explain why these rules matter. Responsible use can protect attention while keeping the educational benefits of technology.
