Part 1
Yes, I use artificial intelligence quite often for studying and working. For example, I sometimes use AI tools to explain difficult ideas, check my writing, or suggest ways to organise information. I think AI is useful because it can save time and provide quick support. However, people should not depend on it completely because its answers may be incorrect or unsuitable. In my opinion, students should use AI as a learning assistant while still thinking independently and checking important information.
I enjoy learning new skills because they make me more confident and may create better opportunities in the future. At the moment, I am trying to improve my English communication and computer skills. I usually learn through online videos, short courses, and regular practice. Learning something new can be difficult at first, especially when progress is slow, but setting small goals helps me continue. I believe everyone should keep learning because technology and the workplace are changing quickly.
Part 2
I would choose swimming because it exercises the whole body and is suitable for improving both fitness and relaxation. It can strengthen muscles, support heart health, and place less pressure on the joints than some gym exercises. Going to the gym is also useful because people can follow different training programmes, but membership fees may be expensive and beginners may need guidance to avoid injuries. Yoga is excellent for flexibility, balance, and reducing stress, but it may not provide enough intense exercise for someone who wants to improve overall fitness quickly. Therefore, swimming would be the best choice for me because it is enjoyable, effective, and refreshing, especially in hot weather.
Part 3
In my opinion, the Internet brings many educational and social benefits, but teenagers may develop harmful behaviour if they use it without guidance. First, some young people spend too much time online, especially on games, short videos, and social media. This can reduce sleep, physical activity, concentration, and face-to-face communication. Second, teenagers may access violent, dishonest, or age-inappropriate content. Because they are still developing their judgement, they may copy dangerous trends or believe false information. Third, the Internet can encourage cyberbullying and irresponsible communication. Some users insult others, share private photos, or spread rumours because they feel less responsible behind a screen. These problems often happen because teenagers want attention, feel pressure from friends, or do not fully understand online risks. Parents should not completely ban the Internet, since it is important for learning and modern life. Instead, they should set reasonable time limits, discuss suitable content, and build trust so that children can ask for help. Schools should also teach digital safety, respectful communication, and how to check information. Overall, education, parental guidance, and clear rules can help teenagers use the Internet responsibly and avoid harmful behaviour.
