Part 1

I spend about three hours a day on my phone, mainly studying, sending messages and reading news. I think many people depend on their phones too much because they check notifications even during conversations. People should put their phones away during family meals, important meetings and bedtime to focus on others and rest properly.

In the next five years, I hope to find a stable job and become more confident in English. I would like to learn public speaking because it could help me communicate more clearly at work. I prefer face-to-face classes for practical skills, as teachers can correct mistakes immediately and I can practise with classmates.

Part 2

I think the university should build a gym. A gym can be used throughout the year, even in bad weather, and it offers different kinds of exercise for students with various fitness levels. Students could use simple equipment for strength training or improving their general health. An indoor swimming pool would be valuable, but building and maintaining it could be expensive. A football pitch is useful for team sports, yet it serves a narrower range of interests and may need a large outdoor area. Therefore, a gym would probably benefit the greatest number of students.

Part 3

There are three basic ways to stay healthy. First, regular exercise strengthens our bodies and can improve our mood; even a brisk walk is helpful. Second, eating balanced meals with vegetables, protein and fruit gives us energy and supports long-term health. Third, managing stress and sleeping well help people recover from busy days. Many people struggle to keep these habits because they have demanding schedules or prefer convenient but unhealthy food. Schools should teach practical health skills so students understand how daily choices affect their wellbeing. Busy adults can start with small changes, such as walking during lunch breaks or doing short workouts at home. Consistency matters more than making dramatic changes for only a few days.
