I prefer living in a quiet place because it helps me relax and concentrate better. The kind of noise that disturbs me the most is traffic noise, especially motorbikes and car horns during rush hours. Loud music late at night is also annoying because it can affect my sleep. I think noise can have a negative effect on health if people are exposed to it for a long time. It may cause stress, headaches, and tiredness. That is why I believe cities should control noise and create more peaceful living areas.
