Part 1 - Introduction and Interview

Question 1: Do you get up early in the morning?

Sample Answer: Yes, I usually get up early around 6:30 or 7:00. I like having a quiet start to the day and some time before things get busy. It also helps me feel more productive. On weekends, I might sleep in a little, but I still prefer mornings.

Question 2: Do you have the same morning routine every day?

Sample Answer: Yes, my morning routine is pretty much the same every day. I wake up around 7, wash my face, and eat breakfast. Then I get ready for school or work. Having a regular routine helps me feel more organized and less stressed. On weekends, though, I usually wake up later and take it easy.

Question 3: Do you usually eat breakfast at home?

Sample Answer: Usually, yeah, I try to. It depends on how early I have to be somewhere, though. If I have a really early lecture or something, I'll grab a quick pastry on the go, but most days I make myself something at home. Usually it's just cereal or toast with avocado, something quick and easy to prepare before I head out the door. Weekends are different though – then I'll often have a proper cooked breakfast with eggs and bacon, maybe some pancakes if I’m feeling really indulgent!

Question 4: Are there any differences between what you do in the morning now and what you did in the past?

Sample Answer: Yes, definitely. In the past, especially when I was a student, I used to wake up late and rush out the door. But now, I try to wake up earlier to have a calmer routine — I take some time to stretch, eat breakfast, and plan my day. It helps me feel more organized and focused.
